Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery typically takes 5 to 55 business days depending on the destination country and selected shipping method. Shipping costs range from $10 to $100.

European Union We ship to all EU member states. Delivery times within the EU are typically 5–30 business days. All applicable customs duties and taxes are included in the product price for EU orders.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at rebelzyn@mai.ru.
